摘　　要：儒家管理哲学中的核心理念是强调以道德为主题,把提升管理者道德作为主要基础,以修齐治平的方式推动道德在组织中的影响,最终实现组织的管理目标。在儒家管理哲学中提取其核心理念,重点在于体现以人为本,不断提升道德在于管理对象中的认知,最终以更节约成本和高效率的方式,提升管理的水平。The core idea of Confucian management philosophy is to emphasize the theme of morality, to promote the morality of managers as the main foundation, to push the influence of morality in the organization by means of Xiuqi, and finally to realize the management goal of the organization.In the Confucian management philosophy to extract its core ideas, the focus is on the embodiment of people-oriented, and constantly improve the ethics lies in the management of the object of cognition, and ultimately in a more cost-effective and efficient way to improve the level of management.
