摘 要:国内外研究表明,从甜菜粕中可生产诸多高附加值的工业及民用产品,如果胶、聚乳酸、生物乙醇、甲烷、氢气、乳酸、丙二醇、阿魏酸、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖醛酸、低聚糖、庚酮糖等;草酸、聚酯、聚酰胺或增塑剂、纳米纤维素纤维、复合包装膜、螯合剂和吸附剂、酶类及蛋白质等。鉴于国外甜菜粕是研究热点之一,本文对甜菜粕提取、生产高附加值产品糖类(阿拉伯糖、半乳糖醛酸及葡萄糖-庚酮糖等)、乙醇、氢和蛋白质等的研究进展进行综述,以期为甜菜粕进一步开发利用提供参考,为甜菜糖厂开发高附加值产品、提高产出效益开辟有效途径。Researches at home and abroad showed that many industrial and civil products with high added value can be extracted from sugar beet pulp, such as pectin, polylactic acid, biological ethanol, methane, hydrogen, lactic acid, propanediol, ferulic acid, arabinose, galacturonic acid, oligosaccharide, heptose, oxalic acid, polyester, polyamide or plasticizer, nano-cellulose fiber, composite packaging film, chelating agents and adsorbents, enzyme and protein, etc. In view of the fact that sugar beet pulp is one of the research hotspots abroad, this paper reviewed the research progress in extracting high value-added products, such as sugar (arabinose, galacturonic acid, glucose-heptanone, etc.), ethanol, hydrogen and protein, etc. In order to provide references for the further development and utilization of sugar beet pulp, to open up an effective way for sugar beet sugar mills to develop high value-added products and improve the output efficiency.
