摘　　要：主要讨论区组长为5的1-BSEC的构造方法和存在性.解决了遗留的k=5,λ=4时的可能例外值.进而完全证明了1-BSEC(v, 5, 4)存在的充分必要条件,并且给出了k=5,λ=2, 5, 10时的一些存在性.We mainly discuss the constructions and the existence of one dimensional with block size five. Solve the legacy of may exceptional value when λ=4. Then we demonstrate on the existence of 1-BSEC when k =5 and λ=4 and give some results of the existence of 1-BSEC when k =5 and λ=2, 5, 10.
