摘　　要：目的:探讨无症状期人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者免疫状态与牙周指数的关系.方法:随机选取符合纳入标准的HIV感染者75例,分为轻、中度免疫抑制组.记录两组患者的年龄,检查牙周指数:菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)和龈沟出血指数(SBI),检测外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞计数.结果:对于无症状期HIV感染者轻、中度免疫抑制组,牙周指数因素在两组之间的差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05); PLI、GI和SBI三个指数与CD4计数之间无相关性.但随着SBI评分增加,HIV感染者免疫抑制加重的可能性增加.结论:抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)治疗下的无症状期HIV感染者轻、中度牙周炎性病损较为常见,牙周指数与免疫状态之间没有相关性,SBI评分的升高提示无症状期感染者的免疫抑制状态可能加重.Objective: To investigate the relationship between immune status and periodontal index in asymptomatic HIV infectors. Methods: Randomly selected 75 HIV infectors who met the inclusion criteria were divided into mild and moderate immunosuppressive group. The age and the periodontal index including plaque index( PLI),gingival index( GI) and sulcular bleeding index( SBI) was recorded,and the peripheral blood CD4 + T lymphocyte count were measured. Results: There was no significant difference in periodontal index between the mild and moderate immunosuppressive group( P >0. 05),and no correlation was found between PLI,GI,SBI and CD4 count. However,the possibility of aggravation of immunosuppression increased in HIV infectors with the increase of SBI score.Conclusion: Mild and moderate periodontal inflammatory lesions are common in asymptomatic HIV infectors treated with high active anti-retroviral therapy( HAART). There is no correlation between periodontal index and immune status. Increased SBI scores suggest that the immunosuppressive status may be aggravated.
