摘　　要：目的研究(牙合)垫式可摘局部义齿对牙列缺损合并重度磨损患者咬合功能恢复的影响。方法将本院收治的60例牙列缺损合并重度磨损患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各组30例。对照组采取普通可摘局部义齿修复治疗,观察组则采取(牙合)垫式可摘局部义齿修复治疗。经过3～6个月的治疗,对比2组患者治疗前后生活质量以及咬合功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者咬合功能恢复优良率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。2组患者治疗前生活质量评分无显著差异(P>0. 05);治疗后,观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论针对牙列缺损合并重度磨损患者的治疗过程中,实施(牙合)垫式可摘局部义齿修复治疗方式,可有效促进患者咬合功能的恢复,提高预后生活质量。Objective To study the effect of cushion removable partial denture on occlusal function recovery in patients with dentition defect and severe wear.Methods A total of 60 cases patients with dentition defect and severe wear were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ordinary removable partial denture,while the observation group was treated with occlusal cushion removable partial denture for repairmen.After 3 to 6 months of treatment,the quality of life and recovery of occlusal function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The excellent and good rate of occlusal function recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The removable partial denture with occlusal cushion in the treatment of patients with dentition defect and severe wear can effectively promote the recovery of occlusal function and improve the prognosis quality of life.
