四川省高校学生中医药素养现状与对策研究

摘　　要：目的为了解四川省高校学生中医药文化素养水平,摸清中医药文化在高校大学生中的普及性与接受程度,为高校大学生中医药文化素养的培养指明了方向和路径。方法自行设计问卷,对四川省境内7所非医学类高校400名大学生采取随机抽样调查。结果获得有效答卷310份(77.5%),汇总统计可得四川省高校大学生中医药素养指数为46.45%。结论通过调查可知,四川省高校大学生中医药素养偏低,虽然高校学生普遍认可中医药文化,但是高校中的中医药文化传播存在严重不足。建议利用中医类高校区域性优势协助非中医药类高校增加相关中医药文化的讲座,借助校园义诊模式,以简便的中医治疗如针灸、推拿等快速吸引高校学生,通过切实疗效提高学生对中医药疗效的信心,达到"面对面""一对多"普及中医药文化知识的目的。Objective In order to understand the level of traditional Chinese medicine cultural literacy of college students in Sichuan province,to find out the popularity and acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine culture among college students,and to clarify the direction and path of cultivating college students'traditional Chinese medicine cultural literacy.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 400 college students from 7 non-medical universities in Sichuan province by random sampling.Results 310 valid answers(77.5%)were obtained,and the TCM literacy index of college students in Sichuan province was 46.45%.Conclusion According to the survey,college students in Sichuan province had low literacy of traditional Chinese medicine.Although college students generally recognize traditional Chinese medicine culture,there are serious shortcomings in the spread of traditional Chinese medicine culture in colleges and universities.It is suggested that the regional advantages of TCM universities should be utilized to help non-TCM universities increase lectures on TCM culture.With the help of campus free clinic mode,simple TCM therapies such as acupuncture and massage can quickly attract college students.Through effective treatment,students can be helped to build up confidence in the efficacy of TCM and achieve the goal of"face-to-face"and"one-to-many"popularization of TCM cultural knowledge.
