基于多媒体显微诊断技术评价养生健身方干预亚健康状态的临床研究

摘　　要：目的基于多媒体显微诊断技术评价养生健身方干预亚健康状态的临床疗效。方法试验组60例,其中中药试验组30例,采用养生健身方干预;模拟剂试验组30例,采用模拟剂干预。对照组60例,不进行任何药物干预。首先应用logistic回归分析和判别分析,获得的特征性指标用于临床疗效评价。结果应用Logistic回归分析及判别分析,最终筛选出4项高区分度的指标,包括X1(红细胞聚集)、X3(乳糜微粒)、X4(胆固醇结晶)、X6(Rots团块);最后采用以上4种特征性指标对养生健身方进行疗效评价,发现与模拟剂比较,养生健身方可以显著改善亚健康状态人群的以上4项特征性指标(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论养生健身方可以显著改善亚健康状态人群的以上4项特征性指标,疗效显著,为临床应用养生健身方论治亚健康状态提供了可靠的证据支持。Objective The clinical efficacy of health and fitness intervention in sub-health state was evaluated based on the multimedia microscopic diagnostic technique.Methods There were 60 cases in the experimental group,including 30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine experimental group applied health and fitness prescription intervention and 30 cases in the simulated agent experimental group applied simulated agent intervention.There were 60 cases in the control group without any drug intervention.Logistic regression analysis and discriminant analysis were first applied to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results Logistic regression analysis and discriminant analysis were applied to finally select 4 indexes with high discrimination which includes X1(The Erythrocytosis),X2(The Chyle particles),X3(The Cholesterol crystals),X4(The Rots briquette).Finally,the curative effect of health maintenance and fitness prescription was evaluated by using the above 9 characteristic indicators.It was found that compared with the analog,health maintenance and fitness prescription could significantly improve the above 4 characteristic indicators of people with sub-health status(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The health fitness prescription can significantly improve the above 4 characteristic indexes of the sub-health status population and has significant curative effect,providing reliable evidence support for clinical application of health fitness prescription to treat sub-health status.
