摘 要:针对供应链中库存成本高、管理效率低等库存管理难题,结合已有的安徽省城市配送体系的案例进行多级库存模式和传统库存模式的效益对比分析,以期挖掘多级库存模式的优势。结果表明,多级库存模式在成本管理等方面远优于传统库存模式。最后,对中心化、非中心化的多级库存模式进行策略建议,以期强化供应链的全方位效益,最后强化供应链多级库存管理模式的市场影响力和获益性。Aiming at the inventory management problems of high inventory cost and low management efficiency in supply chain,it took a comparative analysis in this paper of the benefits of multi-echelon inventory model and traditional inventory model with the existing case of urban distribution system in Anhui Province,in order to excavate the advantages of multi-echelon inventory model.The result showed that the multi echelon inventory mode is much better than the traditional inventory mode in cost management.Finally,it gave strategic suggestions on centralized and non-centralized multi-echelon inventory model in order to enhance the overall benefits of the supply chain,and finally strengthen the market influence and benefits of the multi-echelon inventory management model in the supply chain.
