针灸联合Lokohelp机器人康复治疗急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察针灸联合Lokohelp机器人康复治疗急性缺血性脑卒中下肢偏瘫患者临床疗效优势.方法选择太和县中医院2017年6月至2018年5月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中下肢偏瘫患者117例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,对照组58例,观察组59例,两组患者均进行康复治疗及基本药物治疗,对照组予以常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予针灸联合Lokohelp机器人步态康复.约定30 d为试验终点时间.结果治疗后,对照组Fugl-Meyer平衡功能(FMA-B)评分为(9.15±2.58)分,观察组为(12.85±2.69)分,对照组Fugl-Meyer下肢运动功能(FMA-L)评分为(23.78±5.33)分,观察组为(29.79±6.45)分,两组FMA-B、FMA-L水平较治疗前提高,且观察组提高水平高于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(t=3.731、11.441、7.213、11.318、7.591、5.489,均P<0.01);治疗后,对照组BaRthel指数评分为(56.11±17.12)分,观察组为(79.59±21.31)分,两组患者BaRthel指数评分较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(t=12.355、18.279、6.563,均P<0.01).结论针灸联合Lokohelp机器人康复治疗急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者,能够显著改善患者神经功能缺损程度,明显降低神经功能缺损评分,协同提高患者步行能力、平衡功能、运动功能及日常生活活动能力.Objective To observe the clinical advantages of acupuncture combined with Lokohelp robot rehabilitation in the treatment of lower limb hemiplegia following acute ischemic stroke. Methods From June 2017 to May 2018,117 patients with acute ischemic stroke hemiplegia were selected in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Taihe County. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random digital table method. There were 58 cases in the control group and 59 cases in the observation group. The patients of the two groups were all treated with rehabilitation and essential drugs. The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received acupuncture combined with Lokohelp robot gait rehabilitation on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. Thirty days was set as the end time of the test. Results After treatment,the FMA - B score of the control group was (9. 15 ± 2. 58)points,which of the observation group was (12. 85 ± 2. 69)points. The FMA - L score of the control group was (23. 78 ± 5. 33)points,which of the observation group was (29. 79 ± 6. 45)points. The levels of FMA - B and FMA - L in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t = 3. 731,11. 441, 7. 213,11. 318,7. 591,5. 489,all P < 0. 01).
