摘　　要：结肠癌是人体消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有很高的发病率和死亡率,是对人类健康的巨大危害.人类肠道共生的微生物对机体的免疫防御,消化代谢和身体各种机能起着重要的调控作用.现有研究表明结肠癌与肠道菌群失调有很大的相关性.然而肠道菌群失调具体通过什么途径来调节结肠癌转移并不明确.该研究从三个方面进行论述.Colorectal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignancies with high incidence rate and mortality rate. Human intestinal microbiota play crucial roles in multiple aspects including immune function, digestion and metabolism. Current research literature suggests that there is a significant connection between intestinal dysbacteriosis and colorectal cancer. However,it is not clear how intestinal dysbacteriosis is involved in the initiation, progress and metastasis of colorectal cancer. In this paper,the influence discussed from three aspects.
