摘　　要：报告1例皮脂腺痣并发乳头状汗管囊腺瘤及基底细胞癌。患者男,46岁。因头皮疣状斑块46年,破溃出血2个月就诊。皮损组织病理学检查诊断为皮脂腺痣并发乳头状汗管囊腺瘤及基底细胞癌。皮脂腺痣有恶变的可能,建议临床密切随访,一旦出现短期内增大或破溃等表现建议立即手术切除并行组织病理学检查。A case of nevus sebaceous is reported. A 46-year-old man visited our clinic because of gradually growing lesions with occasional bleeding on the right parietal temporal area of the scalp. The verrucous lesions had been presented since birth and bled spontaneously in the last 2 months. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma and syringocystadenoma papilliferum arising in a nevus sebaceous. This case highlights the malignant potential of nevus sebaceous.Therefore, complete excision with histopathological examination is recommended when lesion grows rapidly or ulcer appears.
