摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢上皮性癌(EOC)患者血清中白介素-1β(IL-1β)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的表达及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测收集2015年1月至2016年12月兰州大学第一医院妇产科收治的卵巢上皮性癌组、良性卵巢肿瘤组和正常对照组共268例受试者血清中IL-1β和LDH表达水平,及其与EOC患者间的临床病理及预后的关系。结果卵巢上皮性癌组患者血清中IL-1β和LDH含量水平显著高于良性卵巢肿瘤组和正常对照组(P <0.05);IL-1β和LDH高表达与EOC患者肿瘤分级、临床分期及盆腹腔淋巴结转移密切相关,IL-1β和LDH是影响EOC患者预后的独立风险因素(P <0.05)。结论 IL-1β和LDH表达水平与EOC进展及预后有关,IL-1β和LDH高表达可作为EOC患者不良预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods The serum level of IL-1β and LDH were detected by ELISA in EOC group,healthy controls and patients with other benign ovarian tumor in 268 patients from January 2015 to December 2016 admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University.The correlation between expression of IL-1β/LDH and prognosis of EOC patients were analyzed.Results The serum levels of IL-1β and LDH in EOC patients were signif icantly higher than those in patients with other benign ovarian diseases and normal controls(P <0.05).The expressions of IL-1β and LDH were signif icantly correlated with grade,clinical stage and pelvic lymph node metastasis of EOC(P <0.05).Further analysis by Cox proportional hazard regression model showed that the high levels of IL-1β and LDH expression were signif icantly independent hazard factors for overall survival in EOC(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-1β and LDH expression levels are closely related to the progression and prognosis of EOC.High expression levels of IL-1β and LDH may be used as the important indicators of poor prognostic in EOC patients.
