摘　　要：目的通过调查深圳市人群对宫颈癌及相关知识的知晓率,探究其影响因素,为宫颈癌的健康教育提供指引。方法选取2015年6月至2016年5月深圳市20家医疗机构门诊患者4656例进行问卷调查,内容涉及宫颈癌、HPV相关知识知晓率、宫颈癌筛查现状及对宫颈癌筛查的认知情况4个方面11个问题。结果共收回4 340份有效问卷。31～40岁女性宫颈癌知晓率最高,41～50岁对宫颈癌相关知识知晓率最高,对筛查现状及筛查认知度最高。学历越高、收入越多,宫颈癌知晓率也越高。宫颈癌相关知识知晓率与性生活及医保无相关性。结论宫颈癌认知度的影响因素主要与年龄、学历、职业及收入有关,应注重对低学历、低收入、打工者及年龄小于30岁女性进行健康教育。Objective To investigate the awareness rate of cervical cancer and related information among women in Shenzhen and explore the influencing factors,which had an important difference in health education.Methods 4 656 volunteers were recruited from the outpatient office from June 2015 to 2016 in Shenzhen.A questionnaire containing 11 questions regarding related to cervical cancer.Results 4 340 effective questionnaire were collected.A high knowledge rate of cervical cancer was in the 31~40 year-old women,and relevant knowledge was in 41~50 year old who take the highest awareness of the status of screening.High education and more income had higher awareness rate.There was no difference between awareness rate and sexual status or health insurance.Conclusions The most important influencing factors of awareness rare were age,education,career and income,we should focus on the health education of women with low education,low income,unstable work and under 30 old.
