摘　　要：目的对1例念珠性肺炎的病例进行分析,探讨诊断和治疗要点,为临床药师深入参与临床提供切入点。方法对患者进行药学监护,查阅文献资料,从药物、患者两方面分析患者出现的念珠菌感染。结果患者使用氟康唑抗真菌治疗,感染得到有效控制。结论临床药师开展药学监护,可促进临床个体化的使用药物。OBJECTIVE To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of Candida pneumonia,and to provide a breakthrough point for clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical practice through a case study. METHODS Pharmaceutical cares were provided by the clinical pharmacists through literature reviews when the patients infected Candida. The patient characters and Candida were analyzed.RESULTS The patients were treated with fluconazole and the infection was controlled effectively. CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists provide individual anti-infective therapy of fluconazole through Pharmaceutical cares.
