摘  要:水通道蛋白-4(aquaporin-4,AQP4)是水通道蛋白家族的成员,在中枢神经系统表达丰富,主要存在于毛细血管周围的胶质细胞的足突中。生理情况下,AQP4密集的表达于脑实质与脑脊液-血液交界处,可使水沿着渗透压和静水压梯度由高向低流动。越来越多的证据表明水通道蛋白-4的失调与由多种神经障碍如缺血性或出血性中风,创伤等引起的脑水肿有关。该文概述近些年AQP4的研究进展,并对AQP4在脑水肿的作用进行总结,为脑水肿及许多神经系统疾病的治疗提供了理论依据和参考。Aquaporin-4 (AQP4) is a family member of water-channel proteins and is abundant in the central nervous system, which is dominantly expressed in the foot process of glial cells surrounding capillaries.Physiologically, AQP4 is densely expressed in the parenchyma and cerebrospinal fluid-blood junction, allowing water to flow from high to low along the osmotic and hydrostatic gradients.Accumulating evidences have suggested that the dysregulation of aquaporin-4 relates to the brain edema resulting from a variety of neuro-disorders, such as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke, trauma, etc.In this review, we introduce our latest findings about the research results of AQP4 in recent years, and summarize the role of AQP4 in cerebral edema, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for the treatment of cerebral edema and many neurological diseases.
