Objective To explore the image features of optical coherent tomography ( OCT) joint with fundus fluorescence angiography ( FFA) in teenagers primary retinitis pigmentosa ( RP). Method The clinical data of 7 cases ( 14 eyes) RP patients diagnosed RP between June and October in 2018 were analyzed retrospectively observed, OCT and FFA imaging features were compared and analysed. Results OCT image showed that outer nuclear layer of retinal neuroepithelial become thiner, retina ellipsoid area fractured or depigmentationed. FFA images showed that color in retina pigment epithelium layer dissapeared, background fluorescence of choroids layer could be seen, color accumulation place in retina covered the background fluorescence, fluorescent leakaged in barrier decompensation place. Conclusion OCT and FFA both has its advantages in diagnosis of RP, applications can provide research material for the pathogenesis of RP disease, which greatly improved the diagnostic value of imaging examination.
