结缔组织增生性毛发上皮瘤误诊一例

摘　　要：46岁男性患者,下颏肤色丘疹3年伴搔抓后破溃、出血1年。组织病理示:肿瘤位于真皮内,边界清楚,肿瘤团块由瘤细胞束、角囊肿和结缔组织基质组成。初步诊断:微囊性附属器癌。肿物完整切除后随访2年,无复发。重新阅片后修正诊断:结缔组织增生性毛发上皮瘤。A 46-year-old male patient had a skin-color papule on the chin for 3 years, with repeated rupture and bleeding after scratching for 1 year. The histopathologic examination showed that the tumor was located in the dermis with clear margins. Tumor mass consists of tumor cell bundles, keratocysts and connective tissue matrix. Preliminary diagnosis of the patient was microcystic adnexal carcinoma. There was no recurrence 2 years after complete resection of the lesion. Modified diagnosis: desmoplastic trichoepithelioma.
