摘 要:目的探讨影响当代大学生身体素质的主要因素,为相关干预策略的制定提供依据。方法选取广西大学2014年—2017年本科入学新生为研究对象,回顾性收集其入学体检资料。比较各年间转氨酶异常情况以及HBs-Ag阳性率。结果 2014—2017年男(女)生体检转氨酶异常发生率差异无统计学意义;各年份男生转氨酶异常发生率均高于女生,差异均有统计学意义;男生转氨酶异常者HBs-Ag阳性率逐年下降,差异有统计学意义;2014—2017年女生转氨酶异常者HBs-Ag阳性率差异无统计学意义;各年份男生与女生的HBs-Ag阳性率差异均有统计学意义。结论广西大学新生体检转氨酶异常发生率逐年保持稳定,引起转氨酶异常的原因已经由乙肝病毒感染变为了生活行为因素,因此当前对于大学生体质干预策略的制定应以生活行为干预为主,男生为行为干预的重点人群。Objective To explore the main factors affecting the physical quality of contemporary college students, so as to provide the evidence for the formulation of relevant intervention strategies. Methods The data of the physical examinations of undergraduate freshmen of Guangxi University from 2014 to 2017 were corrected and analyzed to compare the incidence of abnormal aminotransferase and the change of HBs-Ag positive rates. Results There was no significant difference among the different years from 2014 to 2017 in boys(girls)in the incidence of transaminase abnormalities.The incidence of transaminase abnormalities in boys was higher than that in girls each year, and the difference was statistically significant.The positive rate of HBs-Ag in boys with transaminase abnormalities decreased year by year, and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference among the different years from 2014 to 2017 in the positive rate of HBs-Ag in girls with transaminase abnormalities. The difference of HBs-Ag positive rate between boys and girls was statistically significant each year. Conclusion The incidence of transaminase abnormalities among freshmen in Guangxi University keeps steady year by year. The causes of transaminase abnormalities have changed from hepatitis B virus infection to life behavior factors. Therefore, the current intervention strategies for college students’ physical fitness are mainly life behavior intervention,and boys are the key groups for behavior intervention.
