摘  要:为了快速和准确检测施工期山岭隧道施工质量,指导初支超欠挖处理,检测二衬侵限程度,将三维激光扫描技术应用于施工期山岭隧道扫描检测,研究了隧道内三维激光扫描过程与扫描参数设置方法,探索了结合三维模型实现数据快速对比分析的路径。根据狭长隧道内扫描给出了扫描测站间距和扫描分辨率的计算公式;标靶布设建议采用全局加测站间设置2个标靶方式;探索了自定义算法设计并编程,实现了与BIM三维模型结合的2条路径,实现了快速三维对比分析。最后介绍2个工程案例,对隧道初支和二衬进行扫描,应用上述2种路径进行点云数据处理,指导初支超欠挖和二衬侵限处理。In order to detect quality quickly and accurately in tunnel construction, guide the treatment of overbreak and underbreak of excavation, measure the rate of exceeding clearance limit of secondary lining, 3D laser scanning is used in mountain tunnel construction for measurement, the process and parameter setting method is researched during the scan, the path to contrast point cloud with 3D model is explored quickly. The calculation formula of distance between adjacent stations and scan resolution are given in long?naiTow tunnel scanning according to inner diameter, global and two targets set between adjacent stations method are suggested. Two ways are researched to realize 3D contrast and analysis, one is custom algorithm design and program , the other is combined point cloud with BIM model. Finally two project cases are introduced about initial lining and secondary lining scanning, which uses the above methods to process and analyse point cloud, guide the construction defects treatment.
