摘　　要：【目的/意义】近年来,高校突发事件频发,不仅影响高校的正常教学科研秩序,还影响了社会稳定,给高校管理带来较大的压力,通过领域主题词表的构建可以为高校应急管理提供必要的知识储备,为决策提供帮助。【方法/过程】本文通过对国内外高校应急管理的现状和高校应急工作的特征进行了研究和分析阐述了构建词表对高校应急决策的支持作用,梳理了高校应急决策领域的知识体系,将高校应急决策领域根据特征属性分为了高校突发事件、高校领域、高校应急能力三个主题域,并设计了每个主题域的主题词表,最终构建了完整的高校应急决策的领域主题词表。【结果/结论】领域主题词表的构建可以让高校的决策主体在突发事件发生时能够快速、全面地掌握领域知识,做出及时、准确的应对措施。【Purpose/significance】In recent years, frequent incidents in universities have not only affected the normal teaching order, but also affected social stability,bringing more and more pressure to the management of universities.【Method/process】This paper expounds the supporting role of constructing thesaurus to emergency decision-making in universities,studies the status quo of emergency management in universities at home and abroad and the characteristics of emergency work in universities, combs the knowledge system in the field of emergency decision in universities, According to the characteristic attributes, the emergency decision domain of universities is divided into three subjectareas: university emergency,university field and university emergency capability. The thesaurus of each subjectareais designed, and a complete domain thesaurus for emergency decisionin universities is finally constructed.【Results/conclusions】It makes decision makers quickly understand domain knowledge and develop a response plan in a timely manner when encountering emergencies.
