摘　　要：钙结合蛋白S100P是EP手型钙结合蛋白S100家族中的新成员。目前一些研究结果显示,在肿瘤组织中S100P蛋白表达明显,与肿瘤的发生、发展有直接关系,在促进肿瘤生长、转移和侵袭方面作用重大。本次研究主要对S100P蛋白结构、与肿瘤之间的相关性及其作用机制进行论述。Calcium-binding protein S1OOP is a new member of the EF-type calcium-binding protein S100 familyAt present,some research results show that the expression of S1OOP protein in tumor tissues is obvious, which is directly related to the occurrence and development of tumors, and plays an important role in promoting tumor growth, metastasis and invasion.This study mainly discusses the structure of S1OOP protein,its correlation with tumors and its mechanism of action.
