摘　　要：目的:探讨靶向性药物在肝癌介入治疗中的应用.方法:选取本院在2016年1月一12月的56例因肝癌而入院进行治疗的患者作为研究对象,釆用随机数字法将患者分为观察组与对照组.对照组28例患者,采用常规的化疗方法进行;观察组28例患者,在常规化疗的基础上采用靶向性药物介入治疗的方法.观察两组患者的不良反应、治疗效果、社会心理评分以及存活时间.结果:在本次探究中,观察组患者的存活时间明显长于对照组,观察组的治疗效果以及社会心理总评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).不良反应两组之间没有统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:在肝癌的介入治疗中应用靶向性药物,可以增加患者的存活率,提高治疗的有效率,增加患者与社会的接触,在不良反应方面没有明显的差异.Objective To explore the application of targeted drugs in interventional treatment of liver cancer.Methods 56 patients admitted to our hospital for treatment of liver cancer from January 2016 to January 2016 were selected as study objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number method.28 patients in the control group were treated with conventional chemotherapy.Twenty-eight patients in the observation group were treated with targeted drug intervention on the basis of conventional chemotherapy.Adverse reactions,therapeutic effects,total psychosocial scores, and survival time were observed.Results In this studythe survival time of patients in the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the treatment effect and total social psychological score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P V 0.05).There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion The application of targeted drugs in the interventional treatment of liver cancer can increase the survival rate of patients, improve the efficiency of treatment and increase the contact between patients and society.
