玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗病理性近视并发脉络膜新生血管的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗病理性近视并发脉络膜新生血管(CNV)的疗效。方法:本实验回顾性分析了28只接受玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗病理性近视并发CNV的患眼。所有患者都接受过一系列广泛的眼部检查,包括最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、裂隙灯检查、眼压、眼底检查、SD-OCT、PFA、ICGAO在第一次治疗后,每例患者至少完成12个月的随访检查。评估内容包括BCVA及黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度(CMT)o结果:患者的BCVA由治疗前的0.61±0.14提高到0.47土0.17,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)0患者治疗前CMT平均326.39±47.28um,接受玻璃体腔康柏西普注入术后CMT平均26&29±33.95um。患者接受玻璃体腔康柏西普注入术后与治疗前对比,CMT值显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:玻璃体腔注射康柏西普治疗病理性近视并发的CNV,疗效安全肯定。Objective To assess the outcome of patients with choroidal neovascularization (CNV] secondary to pathologic myopia receiving intravitreal Conbercept injections.Methods Twenty-eight eyes diagnosed with CNV secondary to pathologic myopia received intravitreal Conbercept injection in this retrospective case series. A comprehensive ocular examination was done before and after treatment which included an assessment of the best-corrected distance visual acuity (BCVA), slit-lamp examination, intraocular pressure, fundoscopy, spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT), fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and indocyanine green angiography (ICGA). Each patient was followed up at least 12 months after the first treatment. BCVA and central macular thickness (CMT) on SD-OCT were used to measure the response to treatmentResults The mean BCVA measured after treatment was 0.47±0.17, in comparison to 0.61±0.14 before treatment (P < 0.001).The mean CMT was significantly reduced from 326.39±47.28 pm before treatment to 268.29±33.95 |im after treatment (P < 0.001).Conclusion Intravitreal Conbercept therapy seems to be safe and effective for pathologic myopia -related CNV.
