轻度认知功能障碍患者认知损害与血清脂联素水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析轻度认知功能障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者认知损害与血清脂联素(Adiponectin,APN)水平的相关性。方法:选取45例MCI患者作为MCI组,同时选取同期体检的健康人45名为对照组,釆用酶联免疫吸附法(enzymelinked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测MIC组和对照组的血清APN水平。结果:MCI组患者的血清APN水平低于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)oMCI组中MCI患者血清APN水平与简明精神状态量表(Mini-Mental State Examination Scale,MMSE)中的记忆力(r=0.303,P-0.043),语言能力(r-0.325,P-0.029)呈正相关,与定向力(r=0.053,P-0.731)、注意力和计算力(r=0.038,P-0.804)、回忆能力(r=0.235,P=0.121)及MMSE总分(r=0.25,P=0.098)无相关性.结论:MCI患者存在明显的低APN水平,APN是MCI的独立危险因素之一,APN可能参与MCI认知损害的病理生理过程。Objective To investigate the relationship between cognitive function and Adiponectin (APN) in mild cognitive impairment and healthy elders.Methods 45 MCI patients(MCI group)and 45 normal elderly(control group) were collected. The levels of APN between MCI group and control group were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The level of APN in MCI group was significantly reduced than control group (P < 0.05). In addition, the level of APN in MCI group was positive correlated to memory (r=0.303, P=0.043) and language r=0.325,P=0.029) of Mini-Mental State Examination Scale, and no correlated to directional force(r=0.05 3,P=0.731), calculation ability(r=0.038,P=0.804),recall ability(r=0.235,P=0.121) or the total scores of Mini-Mental State Examination Scale (r =0.25, P =0.098).Conclusion Lower serum APN levels existed in patients with MCI and may increase me risk for the onset of MCI, which showed that APN may be involved in the pathophysiology of cognitive impairment.
