摘　　要：从外部技术吸收视角入手,探讨学习敏捷性对企业集成供应商创新性的影响效应。结合中国高技术制造与装备制造企业的样本数据,运用多元回归分析进行检验。结果表明,供应商创新性积极影响企业创新绩效,外部技术采纳在供应商创新性和企业创新绩效之间起中介作用,学习敏捷性对这一中介效应进行调节,学习敏捷性越高,供应商创新性通过外部技术采纳对企业创新绩效的正向影响越强烈。From the view of technology assimilation,this paper investigates the influence of learning agility on integrating supplier innovativeness.An empirical test was made by multiple regressions model with high-tech manufacturing or equipment manufacturing enterprises in China.Results show that supplier innovativeness is positively related to firm’s innovation performance,and this relationship is mediated by external technology adoption;the mediation effect is further moderated by learning agility.For firms with higher learning agility,the mediating effect of supplier innovativeness on firm’s innovation performance through external technology adoption is much stronger.
