摘 要:选取浙江杭州的电商企业,对于知识惯性、跨边界网络整合与知识学习绩效的关系进行了实证研究,结果发现:(1)学习惯性对于跨组织边界网络整合有显著的负向影响效应,经验惯性对于跨地理边界网络整合有显著的负向影响效应;(2)程序惯性分别对于跨组织边界网络整合与跨地理边界网络整合有显著的负向影响效应;(3)跨组织边界网络整合与跨地理边界网络整合对于知识学习绩效分别有显著的正向影响效应。An empirical study on the relationship among knowledge inertia,cross boundary network integration and knowledge learning performance of e-commerce enterprises is carried out in Hangzhou,Zhejiang.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the learning inertia has a significant negative effect on the cross organizational boundary network integration,and the experiential inertia has a significant negative effect on the cross geographical boundary network.Secondly,the procedural inertia has significant negative impact on cross organizational boundary network integration and cross geographic boundary network integration.Thirdly,cross organizational boundary network integration and cross geographic boundary network integration have significant positive effects on knowledge learning performance.
