摘 要:针对包钢500 m^2烧结机烧结铁料粒度偏析不合理的现象,通过对布料小车的位置和九辊的转速进行优化研究,并对优化前后的效果进行对比分析。结果表明,通过调整布料小车的位置使得台车两侧混合铁料粒径差由0.42mm降为0.03mm,实现了烧结机南北两侧烧结终点位置偏差由0.59 m下降至0.22 m;通过调整九辊转速,使其控制在32~37Hz之间,实现了混匀料烧结机在垂直断面上的合理粒度偏析。最终使烧结矿转鼓强度提高1.54%、风耗和固体燃耗分别下降6.03%和1.36 kg/t。In view of unreasonable particle size segregation of sintering iron ore materials of Baotou Steel 500 m2 sinter machine,the position of feeding car and rotating speed of nine-roller feeder are optimized and studied.The results show that,by adjusting the position of the shuttle distributing car,the particle size difference of iron ore materials on the two sides of pallet is reduced from 0.42 mm to 0.03 mm,and the sinter end point deviation on the north and south side of sinter machine is reduced from 0.59 m to 0.22 m.By adjusting the rotating speed of the nine-roller feeder at 32-37 Hz,the reasonable size segregation of sintering mixture on vertical section of the sinter machine is realized,finally the tumbler strength of sinter is increased by 1.54%,and the air consumption and the solid fuel consumption are reduced by 6.03%and 1.36 kg/t respectively.
