摘  要:针对1~#混匀堆料机因存在飞车、钢结构刚度不足等原因导致的设备故障频发而制约生产的问题,经对造成上述问题的原因进行分析,采取对悬臂架结构进行优化设计、增加俯仰机构配重、增加驱动轮数量等措施对堆料机进行改造。改造后,堆料机运行平稳,不再出现飞车和啃轨现象,为其高效的生产提供了有力的保障。In view of the problems of frequent occurrence of equipment failure which restricts production and caused by run-away and deficient steel structure stiffness of No.1 blending stacker,the causes of abovementioned problems are analyzed,and the stacker is reconstructed by taking such measures as making optimization design of the cantilever support structure,increasing balance weight of the elevation mechanism and increasing the number of driving wheels etc.After reconstruction,the stacker operates smoothly,and the run-away and rail gnawing no longer appear,providing strong guarantee for high efficient production.
