摘  要:纯铁晶粒一般非常大,通过大塑性变形后加热到再结晶温度可以实现晶粒细化。通过室温自由锻和等通道挤压(ECAP)实现了DT4纯铁的大塑性变形,将粗大不均匀晶粒破碎成微细亚结构,再经完全再结晶处理使DT4晶粒细化,晶粒度由原材料1级(晶粒直径约254μm)细化至8.5级(约18.9μm)。力学性能研究表明,细晶纯铁力学性能与粗晶纯铁的接近,晶粒细化对纯铁强化作用不明显。The grain size of pure iron is usually very large.Grain refinement can be realized by large plastic deformation and then heating to recrystallization temperature.Large plastic deformation of DT4 pure iron was realized by room temperature free forging and equal channel angular pressing(ECAP).The coarse and inhomogeneous grains were broken into fine substructures,and then the DT4 grains were refined by complete recrystallization.The grain size of DT4 was refined from grade 1(grain diameter about 254 μm)of raw material to grade 8.5(about 18.9 μm).The study of mechanical properties shows that the mechanical properties of the fine grain pure iron are close to those of the coarse grain pure iron,and the effect of grain refinement on the strengthening of the pure iron is not obvious.
