摘 要:以两两正交拉丁方阵序列(MOLS)为波长跳频序列,以扩展二次素数码(ESPC)为扩时序列,构造了一种适用于光码分多址(OCDMA)系统的新的二维光正交码(2D-OOC)-ESPC/MOLS。分析了不同阶波长数(素数幂阶和奇数阶)下的码字性能,且与OPC/OCS等类似2D-OOC相比,相同码重和波长数情况下,该码的码字容量较大,误码率始终比OPC/OCS低四个数量级。OCDMA双用户传输系统仿真结果表明,当系统传输速率为30 Gbits/s时,该码误码率低至10^(-11),且此时能得到比采用ESPC/OCS系统更理想的眼图。故ESPC/MOLS比其他类似2D-OOC更适合在OCDMA系统中传输。A new two-dimensional optical orthogonal code (2D-OOC )-ESPC/MOLS for opteal code division multiple access ( OCDMA) systems was designed by using Mutually Orthogo-nal Latin Square ( MOLS) as wavelength hopping sequence and Extended Square Prime C-ode ( ESPC) as time spreading sequence. The code performance with different order wav-elength numbers ( prime power and odd order) had been analyzed. The code capacity of ESPC/ MOLS is larger compared with similar 2D-OOC such as OPC/OCS under the same c-ode weight and number of wave-lengths, and the BER can always be four orders of magn-itude lower than OPC/OCS. Simulation results of the OCDMA dual-user transmission syst-em show the BER of this code is as low as 10^-11 when the transmission rate of the sys-tem is 30Gbits/s, better eye diagrams than the system using ESPC/OCS could be received. Therefore this code -word is more suitable for transmission than other similar 2D-OOC in OCDMA system at this time.
