摘 要:由于细胞膜的选择透过性,多数大分子物质难以进入细胞内发挥作用。细胞穿膜肽(cell-penetrating peptides,CPPs)可通过共价或非共价连接的方式携带大分子物质进入细胞内,是跨膜转运的有效载体,被广泛用于向细胞内递送蛋白质、脂质体、核苷酸等。本文就基于CPPs的肿瘤治疗和肿瘤分子成像研究已取得的进展进行综述,以期为肿瘤诊治研究提供参考。Due to the selective permeability of cell membranes, it is difficult for many macromolecular substances to enter cells. Cellpenetrating peptides(CPPs), which can carry macromolecular substances into cells by means of covalent coupling or non-covalent complex formation, are effective carriers for the intracellular delivery, and they are widely used to deliver proteins, liposomes and nucleotides into the cells. CPPs-based tumor treatment and tumor molecular imaging studies have made a lot of progresses that are reviewed in this article in order to provide insights for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
