摘  要:分别采用过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、复合助剂BC90作为固化剂,研究二者对太阳能光伏发电组件用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)封装胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:在成型固化温度、时间、压力分别为135℃、15 min、5 MPa的条件下,固化剂的加入不影响EVA胶膜的初始流变性。随着复合固化剂BC90用量的增加,EVA的交联度、拉伸强度、维卡软化温度在BC90添加范围(0~1.2份)内均呈非线性增加趋势,断裂伸长率则呈非线性下降趋势。其中,当BC90用量为1.2份时,交联度、拉伸强度、维卡软化温度、断裂伸长率分别为95.60%、14.28 MPa、75.6℃和513%。此外,BC90的加入还会影响EVA的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及储能模量。与DCP相比,BC90可使EVA的固化温度降低,从而替代DCP用于EVA胶膜的固化。The properties of ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA)encapsulated film for solar photovoltaic modules were studied by two different curing agents of diisopropyl peroxide(DCP)and composite auxiliary agent BC90.The results show that,the initial rheology of EVA film is not affected by curing agent under the curing condition of 135℃,15 min and 5 MPa.In the addition range of BC90(0~1.2 phr),the cross-linking degree,tensile strength and vicat softening temperature show nonlinear increase trends,while the breaking elongation shows a non-linear downward trend.The cross-linking degree,tensile strength,vicat softening temperature and breaking elongation are 95.60%,14.28 MPa,75.6 ℃ and 513% respectively,when the amount of BC90 is 1.2 phr.In the addition,the vitrification temperature(T_g)and energy storage modulus of EVA can be affected by the addition of BC90.It is found that,BC90 can serve as a curing agent of EVA under lower temperature compared with DCP,and become an alternative to DCP.
