生物功能性全口义齿修复与传统全口义齿修复治疗牙列缺失的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较生物功能性(BPS)全口义齿修复与传统全口义齿修复治疗牙列缺失的效果。方法选取湛江中心人民医院2016年10月至2018年3月收治的牙列缺失患者40例展开分析,采用数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用传统全口义齿修复,观察组采用生物功能性全口义齿修复。观察比较两组牙列缺失患者治疗后6个月的咀嚼功能及自我满意度。结果观察组咀嚼测试吸光度值高于对照组,口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者自我满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用BPS全口义齿修复牙列缺失能够提高患者咀嚼功能及自我满意度,值得推广。Objective To compare the effect of biofunctional complete denture restoration and traditional complete denture restoration on the patients with dentition loss.Methods A total of 40 patients with dentition loss admitted in he People's Central Hospital of Zhanjiang from October 2016 to March 2018 were selected and analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traditional complete denture,while the observation group was treated by BPS complete denture restoration.The masticatory function and self satisfaction of the two groups after 6 months of treatment were observed and compared.Results The absorbance value of chewing test in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of oral health impact scale(OHIP)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions BPS complete denture restoration can improve the masticatory function and self-satisfaction of patients with dentition defect,which is worthy of promotion.
