摘　　要：本文以广东省97家不同类型孵化器2016年的运行数据为研究对象,运用单因素方差分析和多重检验等统计分析方法,从孵化器创办主体的背景出发,检验不同类型孵化器在孵化能力、创业能力、创新能力和社会贡献方面的绩效表现的差异。结果表明:不同类型的孵化器孵化绩效存在显著差异,政府背景主导创办的孵化器在孵化器规模、开展合作能力、网络建设等方面远优于其他两类科技企业孵化器;高校背景主导创办的孵化器在公共技术服务平台、设施建设以及投资方面处于领先地位;民营背景主导创办的孵化器在为在孵企业提供投融资渠道和机会等方面尤为突出。基于不同类型孵化器的绩效特征与孵化优势,提出孵化器绩效考核的改进建议。Based on a sample of 97 technology business incubators in Guangdong province,this study considers the difference of founder s background (e.g.,government,university and enterprise) and applies several statistical procedures such as one-way analysis of variance and Tukey multiple comparison to test whether there are differences among different types of incubators in terms of incubation capability,entrepreneurship capability,innovation capability and social contribution.Results show that different types of incubators perform significantly differently.Specifically,governmental-dominated incubators are superior to the other two types of incubators in the scale of incubator,cooperation ability and network construction;university-dominated incubators are leading in service platform,facilities construction and investment;private enterprise-dominated incubators are good at training for the incubation business and providing investment and financing channels and opportunities.Additionally,practical advice is presented based on incubator type and its associated incubation advantages.
