摘 要:基于VDF850数控机床主轴单元的动态特性,采用弹簧模拟主轴—轴承结合面的弹性支承,建立主轴单元动力学分析的有限元模型。利用有限元仿真软件ANSYS对主轴进行模态和谐响应分析,研究主轴固有频率和预紧力的映射关系,获得切削力激励主轴单元的频率响应特性。结果表明:主轴单元固有频率随预紧力的增加略有增大;主轴的一阶临界转速远大于最高转速8 000 r/min;主轴单元的动力学特性较好。Based on the dynamic characteristics of the spindle unit of VDF850 machine tool,the spring was used to simulate the elastic support of the spindle-bearing interface,and the finite element model for the dynamic analysis of the spindle unit was established.The modal and harmonic response of the spindle were analyzed with the finite element simulation software ANSYS.The mapping relationship between natural frequency and pre-tightening force of the spindle was studied,and the frequency response characteristics of spindle unit excited by cutting force were obtained.The results show that the natural frequency of the spindle unit increases slightly with the increase of preload,the first critical speed of the spindle is much higher than the maximum speed of 8 000 r/min,and the dynamic characteristics of spindle unit are good.
