摘  要:在铝车轮低压铸造领域,模具在正常生产使用过程中由于受到冷热温度场的影响,会发生微观变形,底模的变形尤为突出。底模在受到冷热应力的作用下中心部分向上拱起的变形十分明显,而模具变形会对模具的配合、铸件飞边以及铸件的尺寸产生较大影响。通过设计并制作一种测量工具对底模变形进行检测,而且针对模具的变形规律进行特殊设计,从而改善模具变形的问题,保证模具的正常使用。In the field of aluminum wheel low-pressure casting, micro-deformation will occur under the influence of cold and hot temperature fields during the normal production and use of the mold. The deformation of the bottom mold is particularly prominent, and the bottom mold is arched upward under the action of cold and heat stress. The deformation of the mold will have a great influence on the fit of the mold, the flashing and the size of the casting. The bottom mold deformation is detected by designing and produc ing a measurement tool, and specific design is performed for the mold deformation, thus the mold deformation problem is improved and the mold can be operated normally.
