星蒌承气汤治疗痰热腑实型中风急性期临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究在痰热腑实型中风急性期的治疗中,使用星蒌承气汤对治疗效果的影响。方法选取2015年4月-2016年4月来我院就诊的100例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,并采取相应的护理措施;观察组在此基础上,服用星蒌承气汤。共治疗1周。结果观察组治疗后总有效率为94. 0%(48/50),且有62. 0%(31/50)的患者效果显著;对照组治疗后总有效率为84. 0%(43/50),且仅有36. 0%(18/50)的患者效果显著。两组病例治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组病例治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、血浆蛋白含量、低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),两组病例治疗后神经功能缺损评分、血浆蛋白含量、低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论采用星蒌承气汤配合西医治疗痰热腑实型中风急性期,能够取得更好的治疗效果,可以进行推广应用。Objective To explore the effects of xinglou chengqi decoction on stroke at acute stage of phlegm heat excess pattern.Methods From April2015 to April2016,100 patients with stroke at acute stage of phlegm heat excess pattern were randomized into two groups,50 cases in each one.In the control group,the common treatment with Western medicine was used as well as nursing care.In the observation group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,the intensive treatment was given with xinglou chengqi decoction.The treatment was1 week.Results The total effective rate was 94.0% in the observation group and 62.0% of patients received the significant effects.In the control group,the total effective rate was 84.0% and36.0% of patients received the significant effects.The differences were statistical significance in nerve function deficit score,plasma protein(g/L),low-cutting whole blood viscosity and high-cutting whole blood viscosity between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinglou chengqi decoction combined with Western medicine achieves the better effects on stroke at acute stage of phlegm heat excess pattern.Such treatment deserves to be promoted.
