欣悦1～5号颗粒改善抑郁症症状的临床观察

摘　　要：目的通过对欣悦1～5号颗粒辨证论治改善抑郁症患者HAMD量表评分及权重因子的观察,评价欣悦1～5号颗粒的临床疗效。方法对249例抑郁症患者进行中医辨证分型,并随机予以欣悦1～5号颗粒或盐酸氟西汀口服治疗8周。结果欣悦1～5号在改善5种证型患者HAMD量表积分方面及阻滞症状方面均优于氟西汀。欣悦2号在改善肝郁脾虚患者的焦虑/躯体化因子方面优于氟西汀。欣悦4号在改善心脾两虚患者的绝望感方面优于氟西汀。欣悦5号在改善心肾不交患者的病情日夜变化(昼重夜轻)、绝望感方面优于氟西汀。结论中医治疗抑郁症时,患者感觉相对越痛苦的症状可能改善越明显,而且具有毒副作用小、价格便宜、服用方便的优点,因此中医以其明显的优势势必将在抑郁症的治疗中起到越来越重要的作用。Objective To observe HAMD score and weight factors of xinyue1~5 granules in the patients with depression based on pattern/syndrome identification in TCM and evaluate the clinical effects of xinyue1~5 granules.Methods The pattern/syndrome identification in TCM was performed in249 depression patients.Randomly,xinyue1~5 granules or fluoxertine hydrochloride were prescribed for oral administration for 8 weeks.Results Xinyue1~5 granules improve in HAMD score and the obstruction symptoms in five kinds of TCM patterns of depression,which was better than fluoxertine hydrochloride.Regarding the improvements in anxiety/somatic factor in the patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,xinyue1~5 granules achieved the better effects than fluoxertine hydrochloride.Regarding the relief of desperation feeling,xinyue4 granules were more effective than fluoxertine hydrochloride in the patients with heart and spleen deficiency.Regarding the severe condition at nighttime and the mild at daytime and desperation feeling,xinyue 5 granules were more effective than fluoxertine hydrochloride in the patients with disharmony of heart and kidney.Conclusion In treatment of depression with TCM,generally,the effects are potentially more obvious on the suffering symptoms,with less side effects,economic cost and simple medication.Hence,the advantages of TCM plays more and more important role in treatment of depression.
