摘  要:汽车乘坐舒适性(NVH性能)的好坏是衡量汽车性能优良与否的一项重要指标,电驱总成NVH性能是组成纯电动车NVH性能的重要一项。在改善电驱总成高频啸叫噪声方面,采用基于传递路径分析(TPA)的方法,运用声学包裹对电驱总成进行包裹,并将包裹前、后的高频啸叫噪声作对比,对比发现:声学包裹后车内高频啸叫噪声有明显改善。The ride comfort(NVH performance)of automobiles is an important index to evaluate the performance of automobiles.The NVH performance of the electric drive assembly is an important component of the NVH performance of the pure electric vehicle.In order to improve the high-frequency squealing noise of electric drive assembly,based on the method of transfer path analysis(TPA),the acoustic package was used to wrap the electric drive assembly,and the high-frequency squealing noise before and after wrapping was compared.The comparison shows that the high-frequency squealing noise in the car after acoustic package is obviously improved.
