腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的疗效及对机体应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剥除术的应用价值及对患者机体应激反应的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院2015年8月-2017年8月收治的102例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,以治疗手段为依据分成对照组和观察组。对照组用传统开腹式手术,给予观察组患者腹腔镜手术,对比两组治疗成效。结果:观察组手术时间、术后卧床时间和住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术前C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-2水平和白细胞介素-6水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后观察组应激因子水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予子宫肌瘤患者腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术,既可改善手术指标和应激因子水平,减少并发症发生风险,值得在深入探讨的基础上展开推广应用。Objective:To explore the application value of laparoscopic myomectomy and its effect on the body stress response of patients.Method:A total of 102 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital between August 2015 and August 2017 were selected as study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group based on treatment methods.In the control group,laparoscopic surgery was performed on the patients in the observation group after conventional open surgery,and the results of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,postoperative bed time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),the levels of stress factors in the observation group after operation were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic myomectomy in patients with uterine fibroids can not only improve the surgical index and stress factor level,but also reduce the risk of complications.
