摘  要:目的:了解和探讨肿瘤护士在"雨课堂"教学培训模式下学习的真实体验感受,为进一步优化临床护理教学培训模式提供依据。方法:运用质性研究中的现象学方法,对肿瘤科12名护士进行开放式问卷调查和半结构式深入访谈,将获得的资料采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析。结果:提炼出二大主题:护士在雨课堂培训模式下的收获,以及该培训模式亟须改进之处。结论:护士普遍认可"雨课堂"的教学培训模式,其学习效率和学习效果得到明显提高。但仍有不足之处,有待进一步优化教学培训模式。Objective:To understand and explore the real experience of tumor nurses in the“ Rain Classroom” teaching and training mode,so as to provide a basis for further optimization of clinical nursing teaching and training mode.Method:Used the phenomenological method in qualitative research, 12 nurses in the department of oncology were investigated with open questionnaire and semi-structured in-depth interview,and the obtained data were analyzed with Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Result:Two themes were extracted:the harvest of nurses in the rain classroom training model,and the training model needs to be improved.Conclusion:Nurses generally recognize the“ Rain Classroom” teaching training model,and its learning efficiency and learning effect have been significantly improved.However,there are still some shortcomings,which need to further optimize the teaching training model.
