摘 要:目的研究目标管理教学法在内科教学中的应用。方法选取2016年11月—2018年7月我院内科学生78例,以随机数字表法为基点分为实验组(目标管理教学法)与常规组(日常常规教学法),各39例,对比两组学生整体学习效果(实践成绩、理论成绩、创新精神及自我管理)及学生对学习效果满意度。结果与常规组比,实验组学生整体学习效果显著,学生对学习效果满意率高,P <0.05。结论在内科教学中采用目标管理教学法更具有科学性与合理性,充分发挥学生主体地位,显著提高学生整体学习效果,激发其自身学习热情,提高学生学习积极性与主动性,同时显著提高教学效率及成果,从而为培养综合型人才提供可靠性保障。Objective To study the application of target management teaching method in internal medicine teaching.Methods A total of 78 internal medicine students in our hospital from November 2016 to July 2018 were selected.The random number table method was used to divide the students into the experimental group(target management teaching method)and the regular group(daily routine teaching method),each group was 39 cases.The students'overall learning outcomes(practical achievement,theoretical achievement,innovative spirit and self-management)and students'satisfaction with learning outcomes were compared after study.Results Compared with the conventional group,the overall learning effect of the experimental group was significant,and the students were satisfied with the learning outcome,P<0.05.Conclusion The use of goal management teaching method in internal medicine teaching was more scientific and rational,give full play to the main body status of students,significantly improve the overall learning effect of students,stimulate their own learning enthusiasm,improve students'enthusiasm and initiative,and significantly improve teaching.Which could provide a reliable guarantee for the training of comprehensive talents.
