摘　　要：肠外营养治疗是临床营养治疗的重要组成部分,规范合理的肠外营养治疗可以改善患者的临床结局。然而,在目前国内高等医学院校的营养专科教育中,涉及公共营养的知识较多,而有关肠外营养知识的临床营养教育不足;在医院中各专科相关标准欠缺统一,医学生实践与操作不充分,医疗质量和安全难以得到保障。因此,对医学生进行系统化的临床营养教育有较大的现实意义。基于危害分析关键控制点(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point,HACCP)的多学科培养模式,可以整合多学科人才加强肠外营养基础教育,并把临床专病教育、营养科处方设计教育、药学部审方和配制教育等同时纳入院内实践中,为培养具有高水平肠外营养治疗水平的医学生奠定基础。Parenteral nutrition therapy is an important part of clinical nutrition therapy,Standardized and reasonable parenteral nutrition therapy can improve clinical outcomes.However,most of nutrition specialized education in domesticmedical colleges and universities are related to public nutrition knowledge,the clinical nutrion education which related to parenteral nutrition knowledge was insufficient;there is no unified standard in hospital departments,medical student has not practiced adequately,medical quality and safety cannot be guaranteed.So systematic clinical nutrition education for medical students is of great practical significance.To lay a foundation for training medical students with high level of parenteral nutrition therapy,the application of HACCP-based multidisciplinary training model can integrate multidisciplinary talents to strengthen basic education of parenteral nutrition,and bring clinical specialized disease education,prescription design education of nutrition department,prescription-checking and medicine admixture of pharmacy department in hospital practice simultaneously.
