美金刚联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗血管性痴呆患者的疗效分析及对糖脂代谢影响

摘　　要：目的探讨美金刚联合瑞舒伐他汀钙的治疗方案在血管性痴呆患者中的疗效,及两种治疗方案对患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2018年1月我院收治的血管性痴呆患者82例作为研究对象,将其随机分为联合治疗组与单一治疗组,除基础治疗外,联合治疗组患者接受美金刚联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗,单一治疗组患者仅接受美金刚治疗。比较两组患者治疗前(T1)、治疗后1个月(T2)、6个月后(T3)的血糖水平、血脂水平、简易精神量表(MMSE)得分、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)得分、临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)以及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者血糖水平无显著差异;联合治疗组患者血脂代谢水平显著优于单一治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组患者的MMSE得分、ADL得分及CDR得分与单一治疗组患者比较均得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美金刚联合瑞舒伐他汀钙的治疗方案对血管性痴呆患者的糖代谢影响较小,能够较显著改善患者的血脂代谢、认知功能,提高患者的日常活动能力。Objective To explore the efficacy of memantine combined with rosuvastatin in patients with vascular dementia,and the effects on glucose and lipid metabolism.Methods 82 patients with vascular dementia from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the combined treatment group and the single treatment group.Both groups were received the same basic treatment.The single treatment group were received the memantine,and the combined treatment group were received the memantine combined with rosuvastatin.At before the treatment(T1),1 month after treatment(T2),6 months after treatment(T3)FBG,2hPG,HbAlc,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG level were compared in two groups.MMSE score,ADL score and CDR score and adverse reactions were also compared in two groups.Results There were no significant differences in FBG,2hPG,HbAlc between two groups.The lipid metabolism level of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05).MMSE,ADL and CDR scores of the combined treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions had no statistical difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of memantine combined with rosuvastatin has positive effects on lipid metabolism,cognitive function and the ability of daily activities in patients with vascular dementia.
