摘　　要：目的探讨50例胃癌患者的预后因素情况。方法分析中山市小榄人民医院肿瘤内科2010年1月～2017年12月收治的50例胃癌患者临床资料,计数资料通过百分率表示,采用Kaplan-Meier法做胃癌预后单因素分析,对中位生存时间进行估算,采用COX风险模型,胃癌患者预后多因素回归分析。结果胃癌患者肿瘤侵袭范围、组织病理学分型、组织分化程度、转移、临床TNM分期和胃癌生存时间具有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。胃癌患者中位生存时间是27.2个月,1～5年生存率分别是80%、54%、40%、26%。胃癌患者肿瘤侵袭范围、组织病理学分型、组织分化程度、转移、临床TNM分期是影响预后的独立因素,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论肿瘤侵袭范围、组织病理学分型、组织分化程度、转移、临床TNM分期是胃癌预后的影响因素。Objective To investigate the prognostic factors of 50 patients with gastric cancer. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with gastric cancer admitted to oncology department of Xiaolan People’s Hospital of Shanshan from January 2010 to December 2017 were analyzed.The numeration data were expressed by percentage,Kaplan- Meier method was used to single factor analyze the prognosis of gastric cancer and estimate the median survival time. Multivariate regression analysis of prognosis of gastric cancer patients by COX risk model. Results There were significant correlations between the invasion range,histopathological classification,degree of tissue differentiation,me tastasis,clinical TNM stage and survival time of gastric cancer (P < 0.05).The median survival time of gastric cancer patients was 27.2 months,and the 1-5 year survival rates were 80%,54%,40% and 26% respectively.The extent of invasion,histopathological classification,degree of tissue differentiation,metastasis and clinical TNM stage of gastric cancer patients were independent prognostic factors,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The prognostic factors of gastric cancer are the extent of invasion,histopathological classification,degree of tissue differentiation,metastasis and clinical TNM stage.
