政府补助对高新技术企业创新投入影响作用研究——以东莞市为例

摘　　要：通过对东莞市高新技术企业2015—2017年的样本面板数据进行分析,建立了固定效应模型,从而实证研究了政府补助对创新投入的影响效应。并通过现状分析、描述性分析、变量之间的相关性分析及实证回归分析,得出研究结果表明东莞市高新技术企业创新投入相对较高,企业获得的政府补助强度相对较大。并且得出政府补助对企业创新投入具有显著正向作用,因而政府应继续维持或增加政府补助来提升东莞市高新技术企业的创新投入。Based on the analysis of the sample panel data of high-tech enterprises in Dongguan from 2015 to 2017, this paper establishes a fixed effect model, and then empirically investigates the effect of government subsidies on innovation investment. Through status analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis between variables and empirical regression analysis, it finds that the innovation investment of high-tech enterprises in Dongguan City is relatively high, and the strength of government subsidies to the local enterprises is relatively high. As a result, the government subsidies have a significant positive effect on innovation investment, so the government is recommended to maintain or increase the government subsidies to promote the innovation investment of high-tech enterprises in Dongguan City.
