摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同粗蛋白质(CP)含量豆粕的鸭酶水解物总能(EHGE)与代谢能(ME)的相关性。采用豆皮和去皮豆粕配制成CP含量分别为36%、38%、40%、42%和44%的5种调制豆粕,再将其与玉米淀粉配制成CP含量均为20%的5种混合饲粮。采用仿生消化法测定饲料原料和混合饲粮的鸭EHGE,每种待测料5个重复,每个重复1根消化管;采用代谢试验测定5种混合饲粮和玉米淀粉的ME,每种混合饲粮选用10只成年雄性北京鸭进行代谢试验。结果显示:1)各种饲料原料和混合饲粮EHGE的变异系数(CV)均小于2.0%,表明仿生消化法测定EHGE具有良好的精确度。2) 5种混合饲粮的EHGE实测值与其表观代谢能(AME)、真代谢能(TME)均呈显著线性正相关,回归方程分别为AME=1.028×EHGE-0.759 (R2=0.934,P=0.007 3),TME=1.062×EHGE+0.221 (R2=0.953,P=0.004 5)。3) 5种调制豆粕的EHGE实测值分别为10.71、11.55、12.09、12.89、13.54 MJ/kg,AME分别为11.07、11.94、12.22、12.61、13.72MJ/kg,TME分别为12.37、13.23、13.67、13.98、15.07 MJ/kg,EHGE实测值与AME、TME也均呈显著线性正相关,回归方程分别为AME=0.853×EHGE+1.941(R^2=0.952,P=0.004 8),TME=0.877×EHGE+3.004(R2=0.960,P=0. 003 5)。由此可见,调制豆粕和混合饲粮的鸭EHGE与ME均呈显著线性正相关,可以通过线性回归模型以其EHGE估测ME,有助于鸭饲粮有效能的快速测定。The purpose of this experiment was to study the correlation between enzyme hydrolysate gross energy (EHGE) and metabolizable energy (ME) for ducks based on soybean meal with different crude protein (CP) contents. Soybean hull and dehulled soybean meal were mixed into 5 kinds of modulation soybean meal with CP contents of 36%, 38%, 40%, 42% and 44%, respectively, and these 5 kinds of modulation soybean meal and corn starch were formulated into 5 kinds of mixed diets with 20% CP content. The EHGE of all feedstuffs and mixed diets were determined by simulated digestion method in vitro , and each sample was assigned with 5 replicates, and 1 digestion tube per replicate. The ME of 5 kinds of mixed diets and corn starch were determined by metabolism trial, and 10 adult male Pekin ducks were selected for the metabolism trial in each mixed diet. The results showed as follows: 1) the coefficient of variation (CV) of EHGE of all feedstuffs and mixed diets was less than 2.0%, so there was good accuracy in EHGE determination by simulated digestion method in vitro . 2) There were significantly linear positive correlations between EHGE measured value and apparent metabolic energy (AME) and true metabolic energy (TME) of 5 kinds of mixed diets, and the regression equations were as follows: AME=1.019×EHGE-0.634 ( R^2=0.934, P =0.007 3), TME=1.062×EHGE+0.221 ( R^2=0.953, P =0.004 5). 3) The EHGE measured values of 5 kinds of modulation soybean meal were 10.71 , 11.55, 12.09, 12.89 and 13.54 MJ/kg, respectively;AME were 11.07, 11.94, 12.22, 12.61 and 13.72 MJ/kg, respectively;and TME were 12.37, 13.23, 13.67, 13.98 and 15.07 MJ/kg, respectively.
