用公平和正义“干净”地缝补历史的缺口——德国电影《缄默的迷宫》文本解读

摘　　要：德国电影《Im Labyrinth des Schweigens》(2014年,中文译名《缄默的迷宫》)以深刻的历史反思和坚定的历史态度宣告:历史是不会被抹杀的,无论谁,无论以何种方式,都不能掩盖历史的真相;只有那些"干净"的人才能充当历史反思的主体力量,才能彻底从历史的废墟中站起来;反思历史,推进历史审判的标准不应该是一时一地的"现实",而是公平与正义。审判与刑罚仅仅是途径而不是目的,还原历史真相,牢记历史教训,给受害者、给全世界以公平和正义,才是人们孜孜以求的目标。为此,所有爱好和平的人,所有坚守公平和正义的人,面对诸如奥斯维辛集中营里的罪恶,都不应该缄默。The German movie Im Labyrinth Des Schweigens (2014) shows with profound historical introspections and a firm manner that history can not be blotted out,and truth will not be covered no matter by whom or in what ways. only ‘the cleans’ can become the main force of reflecting on the history and regaining their feet on the remains of history. Standards of assessing historical reflection and advancing historical trial should be equity and justice instead of ‘fact’ depending on time and locale. Trial and punishment are not aims but approaches. Our desiring aims are to restore the truth,to keep the lessons in mind,and to give the victims and the world equity and justice. Therefore,people who love peace and stick to equity and justice should not stay silence when facing the evil in Auschwitz concentration camp.
