摘 要:为了提高连续生产线的设备可靠性,预防突发性故障。文章针对现场设备开关电源的供电稳定性方面进行了研究,介绍了使用冗余模块、直接并联、二极管防电源环流等三种解决方案,并依次进行了探讨。能有效地防止开关电源故障引起供电电路崩溃,确保连续生产线设备运行安全。In order to improve the equipment reliability of continuous production line and prevent sudden failure. In this paper, the power supply stability of switching power supply for field equipment is studied. This paper introduces three solutions, such as using redundant module, direct parallel connection and diode anti-power circulation, and discusses them in turn. The utility model can effectively prevent the power supply circuit from collapsing caused by the failure of the switching power supply and ensure the safe operation of the equipment of the continuous production line.
