云南地州高校彝族大学生的教育管理问题研究——以滇西科技师范学院为个案

摘　　要：彝族的民族习惯和民族风俗决定了彝族学生教育管理过程的特殊性。以滇西科技师范学院作为个案,将来自四川凉山以及云南丽江宁蒗的彝族大学生作为研究对象,结合教育管理工作实际,通过问卷和访谈梳理出彝族学生的现状并对其进行分析,进一步探索较为有效的教育管理方法。The Yi people have their national habits and folk custom,thus the characteristics in their education and management. As a case study on Dianxi Science and Technology Normal University,the current paper chooses the Yi students from Liangshan,Sichuan Province and Ninglang County,Lijiang Prefecture,Yunnan Province as subjects and,by taking into consideration education and management practice, uses questionnaires and interviews to sort out the current situation of aforesaid students before finally attempting to explore effective education and management methods.
